Colin Pasterski, Principal
Colin is a Principal at MSB Employment Justice and an experienced employment litigator. He is well-respected by his colleagues and opposing counsel for his skill and no-nonsense approach. A zealous advocate for his clients, Colin has a particular knack for making sure to explore every angle of a potential case. In addition to appreciating his timely, frequent, and in-depth communications and updates, Colin’s clients appreciate his ability to achieve excellent results. He has resolved countless cases for his clients, resulting in substantial settlements and winning verdicts for his clients.
Active in the legal community, Colin serves on the Board of the Minnesota Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and on the Diversity Committee for the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Since 2020, he has been recognized by his peers as a “Rising Star” on the list of Minnesota Super Lawyers, a distinction which is only awarded to a small number of attorneys in each state.
